If you've ever wanted straighter teeth, but dreaded the metal
brackets, then                                      is the only other option.  Clear
unoticeable trays, called aligners, slowly move the teeth to the
desired position.  Aligners are only removed when eating and
brushing but can be removed when special occasions demand it.

Cosmetics

With the advancement in materials, we can now do all porcelain
restorations such as crowns and veneers.  Porcelain allows for
natural looking and cosmetic looking teeth.  Crowns are needed
when tooth structure is compromised and need for strengthening
the tooth exists.  Veneers are a thin porcelain shell bonded to the
surfaces of teeth correcting esthetic problems.  Composites are the
amalgam silver.  Of course, the option for traditional materials
remain.

Sedation Dentistry

Sedation dentistry, as the name implies, is a technique to provide a
relaxing and anxiety-free experience for people receiving dental
treatment.  A major benefit to the sedation technique is that people
often feel the procedure lasts only a few minutes when in fact, it
might have taken hours to perform.  Sedative pills are used to
produce an overall calm and relaxed (sedated) sensation however
the patient retains the ability to communicate. Dr. Andrew Huang is
licensed by the state of California to perform sedation.  He is an
active member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation
(DOCS).  For more information
